Our Shipping Policy

Processing & Production Every order is mindfully packaged and shipped from our home in South Carolina. Because our products are handcrafted, please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and prepared for shipping.

Note: Processing times may be slightly longer during holiday seasons or directly following major collection launches.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primary ship via USPS / UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your door.

Warm Weather Shipping Notice Because our wax products are sensitive to extreme heat, orders placed during hot summer months may be held until the beginning of the week (Monday or Tuesday) to prevent your candles or melts from sitting in transit over a weekend. We appreciate your understanding in helping us ensure your products arrive perfectly.

Missing or Lost Packages Holy Glow Candles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, if your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at selinalblack@gmail.com and we will help you locate it.
