At Holy Glow Candles, we want you to absolutely love the atmosphere our fragrances bring to your home. Because our products are handcrafted and personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on used items.

Damages and Issues Your peace of mind is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective due to shipping, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at selinalblack@gmail.com with a photo of the item, and we will happily send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Unused Returns If you change your mind and would like to return an unlit, unused product in its original packaging, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
