Are your products handmade? Yes! Each candle, wax melt, and room spray is hand-poured in small batches to ensure the highest quality and scent throw.

What kind of wax do you use? We use a coconut apricot creme wax. We chose this for its clean burn, excellent scent delivery, and smooth finish.

I see a little bit of wax stuck on the sides of my jar. Is that normal? Yes! Because we use a premium coconut apricot wax, it is common to see a slight bit of "hang-up" on the sides of the jar initially. As the candle burns down and the glass warms up, this wax will naturally melt down and disappear. This is a normal part of the burn cycle for this type of clean-burning wax.

How do I get the most out of my candle? On your first burn, ensure the wax melts all the way to the edge of the jar (usually 2–3 hours). This prevents "tunneling." Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before every light.

How long should I burn my candle? We recommend burning for no more than 4 hours at a time.

How do I use wax melts? Place 1 cube in your electric or tea-light warmer. Once the scent fades, soak up the liquid wax with cotton balls and discard. Do not pour wax down the drain.
Room Sprays

Are the room sprays safe for linens? Our sprays are designed for use in the air and on most fabrics. However, we recommend doing a "patch test" on an inconspicuous area of delicate fabrics (like silk or leather) before full application.

How long will I smell the room spray? Our room sprays offer an instant scent boost. While the fragrance is most prominent immediately after spraying, the duration can vary based on the size of the area and air circulation.

When will my order ship? Our current processing time is 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

My candle arrived melted/broken. What do I do? We do our best to pack everything securely, but if an item arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the product and the packaging within 14 days of delivery so we can send a replacement.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders? Currently, we do not offer wholesale or bulk requests. We hope to expand into wholesale in the near future—stay tuned for updates!
